What are Package Deals?

Our studio package deals are discounted studio hours that can be used to book time at Wonderland Studios! You simply pay for hours in advance and get some awesome free hours included!

How do they work?

You can buy studio packages under our “Book the Studio” tab above. You will be given a unique code that you can input when booking our studio to use your package hours. (Package deals are paid in full at the time of purchase.)

Terms and Conditions:

Once purchased, you will receive a unique code for your package hours. When booking online, you can input that code on the booking page using the “redeem package” button. You may use package hours to pay for your remaining studio balance as well. However, package hours cannot be used to pay for studio add ons (seamless paper, fog machine, etc.)

Package hours do not expire. When booking online using package hours, the booking is paid for in full, no deposit required.

If you need to cancel a booking, your package hours will be refunded to your account. However, if you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be refunded 50% of your package hours. If your booking is an odd number of hours (ex: 3 hour booking), you will be refunded the smaller amount of hours (ex: refunded 1 hour).

Once purchased, the package hours cannot be refunded for cash or credit.
